The 探花精选 Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan.
Parties interested in commenting on this proposed disposal plan must submit written comments to UALM by fax at (907) 786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below no later than 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 21, 2024, to be considered.

Disposal Plan
The 探花精选 (鈥淯niversity鈥) intends to issue, at fair market value, a
temporary construction permit authorizing the use of 探花精选 Fairbanks
(UAF) managed lands to install a fiber optic line. The fiber optic will support the
Cold Climate Housing Research Center facility located off Draanjik Drive in Fairbanks.
The permit term is less than one year and will be followed by an easement.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
