Before joining a training, please make sure your UA Zoom account has been claimed. To claim your Zoom account go to and click 鈥渟ign in.鈥 Sign in using SSO and use your 探花精选 credentials. If you have any issues please contact OIT Video Conferencing Services at ua-video@alaska.edu.
