Updates to the UA Software Request Process

We鈥檝e made some updates to the UA Software Request Process, and we鈥檙e eager to share them with you. Your feedback has been instrumental in these changes, and we appreciate your continued input.
- Streamlined Waiver Process: To make things easier, software is no longer a restricted purchase on the ProCard. Now, the approval from the UA Software Request Process will serve as your waiver, which you鈥檒l receive as a PDF to include with your ProCard transaction in PaymentNet.
- Listening Sessions: Starting May 28th, we鈥檙e introducing regular sessions where you can:
- Ask Questions: If you鈥檙e unsure about any part of the Software Request Process, we鈥檙e here to help.
- Give Feedback: We welcome your thoughts on how the process is working for you.
- Influence Changes: Your feedback will help us continue to refine and improve the process.
