Performance Management Training sessions open for registration
探花精选 staff and supervisors are encouraged to begin the staff performance evaluation process. Performance evaluations are designed to engage supervisors and employees about performance expectations and to provide coaching and support to align with both individual and departmental goals in concert with the 探花精选 mission.
There are two options for completing performance reviews. The first option is to use the myUA dashboard performance review. As an alternative to myUA, supervisors can complete paper or PDF performance reviews. Some departments currently have standard evaluation forms. Human Resources has also provided a performance appraisal form (PDF).
The UA Human Resources team is providing Performance Management Tool and Best Practices learning sessions. Labor and employee engagement specialist Kelley Lassey will be facilitating several sessions from November 2020 to June 2021. Please register through the myUA employee services dashboard learning library to attend training via Zoom and to receive credit for the training. Training information will be sent to registrants two days prior to each training date.
